What are delivery times?

Delivery timelines vary depending on your destination and selected shipping option.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link that will allow you to follow your package right to your doorstep.

I just placed my order but I made a mistake - can I make changes, modify, or cancel my order?

Modifications and cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, changes cannot be made. We invite you to contact us so that we can assist you.

How can I return a product?

Contact us to receive your return label. Once we have received your products in new, unsued, and unopened condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the returned items (excluding delivery charges). Please, note that you may return your products within 14 days of receipt.

What should I do if some products of my order are damaged or missing?

Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged product and/or details about any missing items. For your claim to be accepted, it is important that you carefully check your parcel in the presence of the delivery person or at the pickup point, and note any reservations on the delivery slip.

What can I do if I never received my order?

Contact us as soon as possible so that we can locate your package and take measures to ensure an express delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to another country?

We currently ship to United States. We are working on shipments to the UK and the EU.
